Was Bush AWOL??

A lot of people refer to Bush as being AWOL from the Air National Guard. But was he?? No matter how hard it is for me to say this....he wasn't. No he wasn't AWOL...he was in a lower class than that.
He deserted in a time of war. He is a coward and a liar.
According to the UCMJ, any law officer in the United States can arrest and deliver to the military, a known deserter. Unless, of course, you have been appointed head of state, you can then write your own pardon.
And according to the UCMJ, the penalty for desertion in a time of war is death.
Even members of the unit Bush was to have served with have no recollection of him being there.
Why is the Bush desertion not being investigated by military personnel??
