Why Won't Bush Intervene in Sudan?

Why is it the Bush Regime insists on creating crises all around the world but, won't intervene in Sudan on a human rights level? One can suspect it is another part of the racist right-wing agenda. The Bush puppet, Condi Rice, claims it is a high priority....then why the hell isn't something being done? Maybe they don't have enough oil.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A relief alliance urged President Bush to appoint a special envoy to Sudan to lead U.S. efforts to help resolve issues leading to violence in the Darfur region.

"The individual selected could be charged with leadership of American government efforts to promote resolution of the underlying problems responsible for the continuing conflict in Darfur," InterAction said in a letter to Bush dated Thursday
