Owens vetoes emergency contraception bill

In Colorado, we have a scumbag governor that just vetoed an emergency contraception bill that would have benefit rape victims. This from an adulterer who espouses conservative values, has a baby with a mistress hidden in Texas and can't pass the 10th grade CSAP test that all kids in Colorado must take.

What a sorry excuse of a human being he is. I wouldn't be surprised if his mistress is his sister.


DENVER - Gov. Bill Owens has vetoed a bill that would've forced hospitals to tell rape victims about emergency contraception.

The Republican is a Roman Catholic who has campaigned on conservative values. Owens says the bill would violate fundamental constitutional principles by forcing a hospital founded on religious principles to say things to patients that it explicitly doesn't believe to be morally or ethically valid.
