Vice President John Edwards!!!

Senator Edwards did a great job of throttling Dickless Cheney last night!! Being able to trounce on Cheney lies, Senator Edwards was able to bring out into the open what a miserable human being Cheney really is.
Cheney lied about his comments about Iraq being tied to 9/11.
Cheney voted against Martin Luther King holiday. Typical racist republiscum.
Cheney voted against the Department of Education.
Cheney voted against Head Start.
Cheney voted against the weapons systems he accused Senator Edwards of voting against, as a matter of fact, Cheney was the only legislator to vote against it. He voted against the Apache helicopter and the F-14 fighter jet.
Cheney claims to have added 1.7 million jobs when, the DOL shows a 900,000 job deficit.
Cheney remains on the Halliburton payroll to this day.

The most important point of the debate, in my opinion, is the insistence of Cheney and the Bush Terror Regime to continually try and justify their war in Iraq by linking Al-Qaida and Saddam Hussein. Their politics of fear is failing and they must rely on their campaign of lies.
This regime will go down in history as what will happen to a country when an administration is appointed and not elected. Never again can this happen in America. What a disgrace they are to America and Americans.

Cheney's voting record in Congress
In 1986, he was one of only twenty-one members of the House to oppose the Safe Drinking Water Act.
He fought efforts to clean up hazardous waste and backed tax breaks for energy corporations.
He repeatedly voted against funding for the Veterans Administration.
He opposed extending the Civil Rights Act.
He opposed the release of Nelson Mandela from jail in South Africa.
He even voted for cop-killer bullets.

He opposed federal funding for abortions -- with no exceptions in the case of rape or incest.
He voted against the Equal Rights Amendment for women, along with 146 other members of Congress in 1983.

Cheney was raised in Wyoming and opposes, as many Westerners do, gun control limits.

Dick Cheney consistently voted to raise military spending. He also supported aid to the Nicaraguan rebels, even after a moratorium on funding was passed.
